Salon policies

Please attend your appointment alone.

Attend all appointments completely make up free. Arriving with make up and I will have to cancel your appointment and you will be charged the full price of the appointment.

Please arrive on time. Anything more than 10 minutes late and your appointment will have to be cancelled and you will be charged.

Please message Lauren on your arrival and wait in your car until you are called in to your appointment.

Ensure you have visited the toilet prior to arrival and have not had a large drink. This will cause you to need the toilet during treatment and that means your eye pads will move, fumes get in and then you have watery eyes. This all extends your appointment time which is super important to stick to if Lauren is working back to back.

Refund Policy / Cancellations / Late policies

If you are unhappy for any reason Lauren will offer either a free 30min fix or a full removal and refund within 48hrs of your appointment. Any concerns addressed after 48hrs are charged at full price for the service and there will be no refunds for services rendered

You may cancel your appointment or reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your appointment with zero charge. Anything after 48 hours and you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. It is recommended to download the Fresha appt where your appointments can be managed.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
